Can you fall in love with a woman in 3 weeks?

If she's been with him for 8 yrs and she's never felt with him like she feels with you, maybe it's just not meant to be. It sounds to me like she really likes you, and maybe just likes him as a friend. It sounds like you have something great together and you should look more into these feelings.
