Frontierville on Facebook Question? (Don't get a snarky when you read this -_-)?

Okay so about a week ago, I got "married" on frontierville and everything went great...until this morning when I got on and my spouse (who is a guy by the way) started sounding just like my character. Now when I first got him he sounded like a guy so why does he sound like a girl. The little girl that we have sounds like she's supposed to so why does he sound like my character? Can someone please help me out? I've gone and customized him over and over again just to make sure his character was set as a guy and it is. Please help?
