1964 Chevelle allignment?

I replaced the frame on my 64 Chevelle convertible with a 65 El Camino frame. All the front end componants have been replaced while the car was off the frame. I took the car to get alligned and the shop can not set camber and caster within specs. Any ideas are appreciated. The front end companants used were 1964 Chevelle.
