Does anyone know any interesting books to read for a 9th grader?

If you are recommending a teen book, please don't recommend books that have basically the same plot as other books. I HATE THOSE BOOKS!! Last three books i read were Code of the Woosters, A Confederacy of Dunces, and The Curious Incident that Happened to the Dog in the Nighttime
