Is my friend involved in a gang activity?

Hi, so I think I just found out my friend is in a gang. Why? Well, don't call me ignorant or something, and I am quite gullible, so yeah. Anyways, Im in freshman year of middle school (6th grade lol). Our school doesn't allow bandannas, if they see one my friend said they get you expelled and put u in a juvenile? My friend also said he joined the Bloods and stuff. He told me a story. He said when he was alone with his brother only, he and his brother drank beer and he got drunk, So his brother took him to the gang and he is in? He acts like a snob and all y of himself. He talks trash and i have to say his attitude changed. He hangs out with these 3 people outside ourschool everyday.I think i doubt it hes a 6th grader which 6th grader will be allowed into a gang? WTF? MY @$$! Do you guys think hes in a gang? Plz tell me
