Can people let me know how my harpie deck is!?

For a fun deck it is alright, but as a Tournament Legal Deck it has too many banned cards and lacks a complete theme. I would rate this deck 2 / 10 as it does have a few good cards. Over all it needs to be shrunk down to 40 cards, the theme the Harpies follow is Spell and Trap destruction and Control. Good Luck with fixing your deck, I hope I was helpful.
