Whats happening to my ear. infection? keloid?

okay!! im a dude and got both ears pierced now been about a month and i got lazy with the cleanings and persistently ****** with the right one about a week ago it started getting swollen so i stoped ***** with it and it went down this is the 2nd time . so i look in the mirror and notice a shinny circle above my ear and think o *** a keiloid so i leave it alone and clean it 2 days later still swollen only this time its really swollen like i can feel a almost round cylinder in my lobe theres no follding it next i put witch hazel on it (same day) and notice whit bubble form so i say *** dis i break it and all this clear red pus comes out a good 20 squezes befor its done and real blood starts commin out so i take out piercing scared for my life i ask u the people
