Need help with emulato/roms?

Alright, so my dads said that he would pay me 20 dollars if I found a way to get one of his old favorite games working. The problem is, it was an arcade game made by atari in the 1980s.Major Havoc. So if anyone out there could give me a step by step process on how to do this, id really appreciate it
