Low SAT scores and high GPA wht are my options?

im a high school senior, im looking at doing premed. My weighted gpa is a 4.07 this year im taking 5 AP cles and 2 honors cles but i got my first C in highschool in AP statistics. My SAT scores were only a 1600 and my ACTs a 25, I dont really do good on standardized tests, I even did bad on other AP tests i took in the past. I volunteer at a hospital and tutor in math. I took a summer cl at Tufts University. I am captain of the math team, a cl officer, in mock trial, model UN, school newspaper, i play varsity tennis and volleyball. I dont know what schools im a good applicant for, I want to stay around the Machusetts area. I just dont know what to do about college, test scores are ruining everything for me! i hope someone can help =]
