I need help with saints row 2?

ok i have got to the part on all the bossses where u try to kill the main guy but u dont kill him the last mission i have done on each thing is where u revieve 25,000 dollars but now there are no more missions for me to do i didnt meat the game did i? where do i go? where are more missions? i have not completed alll the strongholds tho?
