How Accurate Are Psychics?

I have been having real trouble at work, first they demoted me and now they pounce on me for the slightest mistake. Its obvious they want me out. I have just used an over the phone psychic who was recommended by a friend and she says I will get fired possibly by the end of this week. She went on to say that I will get another secretary position but its unlikely I will work again in management. How accurate are these people? Help!!!!
